Step 1 Discussing Your Needs and Draft Ideas
The first stage is to discuss your needs carefully and your budget and then create a draft idea for your website. We can suggest and purchase Domain Name(s) for you, with your company having ownership.

If you then wish to proceed an order is taken and some sample "home pages" are created for your review. These will be based on the concepts or themes you have put forward and bringing together your choice of colour and graphics, including any logos and your corporate image.
You will find Candoo flexible and receptive to your response to the initial ideas and sensitive to your comments.The copyright for any work completed in this stage remains with Candoo.
If, as is hopefully the case, we generate something along the lines that you are looking for, then we can move onto the main work.

Step 2 Creation of the website
At this point, if not before, we quantify exactly what you would like in terms of number of pages, types of graphics, special effects and sounds, the theme and look being based on your chosen "home page" from Stage I. Once this has been done, we quote a fixed fee for the design work, which takes into account all the above.

On reaching agreement on design and overall cost, a deposit will be requested, on receipt of which design work will fully commence. Our aim for this stage is to generate a fairly complete layout including the home page and links for all pages throughout the site. Navigation bars, colour schemes and any graphics and text you have provided will also be included. We can turn around a site within 3 weeks, less if the ned is urgent.

The proposed website is then published to one of demo sites for your appraisal.

Step 3 Feedback
The site should now look pretty much as envisaged but, as with all creative processes, you may need or like some changes made to the layout, or try a different colour or improved graphics you have generated in the meantime.

We generate a change list based on feedback from you. At this point, we would ask that any 'content' changes, that is, text and graphics, be complete and our team then aim to produce a "finished product".

For large sites, a further 35% may be invoiced and is payable at this stage.

Step 4 Final version
This is where the finishing touches are made to the site. You may want to change a button here, a link there, or a typographical error somewhere. You may find one graphic bleeds into the background badly or another really needs to have a drop shadow.

We look to have a complete list of 'touches' required prior to making the site live. You may wish to give your legal advisers an opportunity to review the site for copyright or trademark infringements or legal inaccuracies generally. You may also wish to have your technical author review the site.

Once you are happy with the work, you should now have a web site finished to your specification. On satisfactory completion, you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance for the work.

Upon receipt of this balance, we publish the finished site to your webspace on the Internet so making the site live with your domain name and fully accessible by the public.

After creation we can host the site or publish it to your webspace, if this is suitable.
Any changes and updates can be made promptly. These can be charged as individual items or as part of a monthly maintemance package.
Similarly, we can arrange for Search Engine placement and any extra optimisation services you wish to invest in, to ensure your website gets a high ranking on these on the Internet.
